This is a fun, 90-minute introductory class for aspiring chefs. Kids will enjoy this hands-on cooking class that will teach them how to make onigiri (rice balls) and vegetarian and salmon maki (sushi rolls). Chef Jun Sog, formally of Ju-Ni (a previously Michelin-starred restaurant in SF), will teach everyone how to chop vegetables, create unique shapes from nori & roll with a bamboo mat. Everyone can enjoy their personal creations, plus seasoned edamame and mango dessert.

Recommended ages: 8-15
